General provisions

Raditi provides employment mediation services between candidates and employers.

Raditi does not act as an employer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Terms for candidates

Role of Raditi

Raditi acts exclusively as an intermediary between the candidate and the employer.

Raditi does not guarantee employment and does not take part in the final hiring decision.

Candidate responsibility

The candidate is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.

Raditi is not liable for inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the candidate.

Limitation of liability

Raditi is not liable for:

  • employers’ decisions related to hiring
  • the content and terms of the employment contract between the candidate and the employer
  • any disputes arising from the employment relationship

Terms for employers

Service

Raditi provides candidate search and selection services.

Use of candidate data

The employer undertakes to:

  • use candidate data solely for employment purposes
  • not share data with third parties without a legal basis
  • comply with applicable data protection regulations

Fee and anti-circumvention

The employer undertakes that, without Raditi’s prior written approval, it will not:

  • directly or indirectly contact or employ a candidate introduced by Raditi
  • engage the candidate through a third party

If the employer employs or otherwise engages a candidate introduced by Raditi within 12 months of the candidate’s introduction, the mediation service is deemed to have been performed.

In that case, the employer is required to pay the agreed mediation fee.

Limitation of liability

Raditi does not guarantee:

  • the suitability of a candidate for a specific position
  • the accuracy of data provided by candidates

Raditi is not liable for:

  • business decisions made by the employer
  • failure to hire
  • any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of the services

Final provisions

Raditi reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies.
