General information

Raditi (hereinafter: the “Controller”) processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia.

This Policy applies to all candidates, employers and website users.

02

Processing of candidate data

By submitting personal data (including a CV and other relevant information), the candidate gives explicit consent for Raditi to:

  • collect, record and store their data
  • process the data for the purpose of employment mediation
  • forward the data to potential employers, including employers in other member states of the European Union

Data is processed only to the extent necessary to conduct the selection process and connect candidates with potential employers.

The candidate agrees that their data may be stored in a candidate database (“talent pool”) for future employment opportunities, unless they explicitly request deletion.

03

Purpose and legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of:

  • the data subject’s consent
  • steps taken prior to entering into a contract
  • the Controller’s legitimate interest in providing employment mediation services
04

Recipients of data

Candidate data may be provided to:

  • employers for employment purposes
  • contractual partners involved in the selection process

All recipients are required to act in accordance with the GDPR.

05

Retention period

Candidates’ personal data is stored in the candidate database (“talent pool”) and kept for a maximum of 36 months from receipt of the application for the purpose of selection processes, future employment opportunities and renewed contact.

After this period expires, the data is permanently deleted unless the candidate renews consent or submits a new application.

Raditi will periodically check the accuracy and relevance of stored data and may ask the candidate to confirm or update it.

The candidate has the right at any time to request deletion of their data or withdraw consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

06

Rights of the data subject

The candidate may request at any time:

  • access, correction or deletion of data
  • restriction of processing
  • withdrawal of consent
07

Raditi applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
